Drawing and painting were a couple of things I picked up quickly as a young child. Spending a lot of time growing up outdoors, my curiosity about nature, primarily animals, grew, and became the subject of most of my artwork.
Spending the last 20+ years in the animal field, my infatuation with birds became my primary focus and I immersed myself in it. This profession was a place I never saw myself be, and I loved it!
I never stopped drawing or painting, It's always been a fun hobby of mine, it was just something I did on the side. I donate a lot of my artwork to fundraisers supporting conservation efforts around the
